COR'11 is Recruiting!!

Honorary General Secretary
  • Records meeting minutes
  • Manages administrative matters
  • Must be organized and meticulous
Programme Director
  • Designing and execution of programs for Pre-Camp and COR actual camp
  • Liaises with tour operators
  • Involved in recce trip
  • Prior program planning experience is a plus point
Business Manager
  • Sources for canvassing and sponsorships opportunities
Chief Group Leader
  • Recruitment of volunteers and Hearing-Impaired (HI) beneficiaries
  • Leads the group during camp
  • Sends e-mail updates to participants
  • Organises outings that bond the volunteers and HI
  • Outgoing, responsible, motivated and takes initiative
Logistic Officer
  • Preparation and maintenance of inventories.
  • Manages transportation and accommodation for the Camp
  • Class 3 Driving License
  • Availability of car when required
Publicity & Publication Officer
  • Designing of publicity materials (banner, camp shirts, video)
  • Photographers and videographer for Camp
  • Proficient in photography, video edits, design and photoshop
  • Manages official website

Please note that all committee members would be required to attend a workshop on Deaf Community, Culture and Language (DCCL) and Basic Stage 1 Sign Language course (BS1).
